<p>1/2 ekor ayam, dipotong 20 bagian<br />
75 gram kembang tahu, direndam sebentar<br />

2 sendok makan minyak goreng<br />
1 sendok makan minyak wijen<br />
1 sendok makan garam<br />
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat</strong>:</p>
<p>1. Panaskan minyak wijen dan minyak goreng. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga  layu.<br />
2. Masukkan ayam kemudian aduk hingga berubah warna.<br />
3. Tuang kaldu lalu biarkan sampai mendidih.<br />
4. Potong &#8211; potong kembang tahu,masukkan ke dalam rebusan sup. Bumbui garam dah merica  bubuk      lalu sajikan panas.</p>
<p><strong>Tips</strong>:</p>
<p>Bila dikehendaki, ke dalam sup dapat di masukkan aneka sayuran.<br />
Untuk 6 porsi.</p>

1 batang daun seledri, diiris halus<br />
emping goreng secukupnya</p>
<p><strong>Bumbu halus</strong>:</p>
<p>5 butir bawang merah<br />
3 siung bawang putih<br />
2 sendok teh ketumbar sangrai<br />
1/2 sendok teh merica<br />
1/2 sendok teh jintan sangrai<br />
3 butir kemiri sangrai<br />
1/8 sendok teh garam</p>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat</strong>:</p>
<p>1.Rebus urat dengan daun salam dan lengkuas hingga air terserap, angkat dan buang air      rebusannya lalu potong &#8211; potong uratnya.<br />
2.Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas, dan serai hingga harum dan matang.<br />
3.Tuang santan dan masukkan urat lalu rebus sampai mendidih dan bumbu meresap.<br />
4.sajikan panas dengan pelengkap.</p>
<p><strong>Tips</strong>:</p>
<p>Sajikan urat panas &#8211; panas agar tidak terlalu berlendir.<br />
Untuk 6 orang porsi.</p>

2 siung bawang putih, dicincang halus<br />
2 buah tomat, diparut<br />
2 sendok makan saus tomat<br />
3 sendok makan kecap inggris<br />
1 sendok teh lada hitam ditumbuk agak kasar<br />
2 sendok makan minyak goreng</p>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat</strong>:</p>
<p>1. Rebus lidah sapi sampai lunak bersama daun salam, jahe, lengkuas, dan garam.<br />
2. Angkat lalu kupas selaput lidahnya. Potong kotak lalu sisihkan.<br />
3. Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga layu.<br />
4. Tambahkan tomat dan saus tomat. Aduk hingga mendidih.<br />
5. Masukkan lidah sapi, aduk rata. Bumbui lada hitam dan kecap inggris. Masak sampai bumbu meresap.</p>
<p><strong>Tips</strong>:</p>
<p>Air rebusan lidah sebaiknya dibuang supaya masakan tidak bau.<br />
untuk 6 porsi</p>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat</strong>:</p>
<p>1. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, dan tauco hingga matang.<br />
2. Masukkan cabai hijau dan daun salam. Aduk sampai layu.<br />
3. Tumiskan ikan kakap lalau aduk hingga berubah warna. Masukkan bawang. Aduk hingga setengah     layu.<br />
4. Tuang kaldu lalu didihkan.<br />
5. Bumbui kecap manis, kecap asin, dan bawang merah utuh, aduk sampai meresap.</p>
<p><strong>Tips</strong>:</p>
<p>Kalau takut baunya terlalu menyengat. Bawang merah utuh bisa di goreng.<br />
Untuk 4 porsi.</p>

<p>300 gram daging sapi, dipotong kotak 2 cm<br />
750 ml air<br />
2 lembar daun salam<br />
1/2 sendok teh garam<br />
1/2 sendok teh gula pasir<br />
4 sendok makan minyak goreng</p>
<p><strong>Bumbu Sambal Kemiri</strong>:</p>
<p>5 butir cabai merah<br />
6 butir bawang merah<br />
2 siung bawang putih<br />
1 buah tomat<br />
1/2 sendok teh terasi<br />
2 butir kemiri</p>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat</strong> :</p>
<p>1. Rebus daging dalam air dan daun salam hingga lunak, sisihkan.<br />
2. Goreng bumbu sampai harum dan angkat, angkat lalu sisihkan.<br />
3. Masukkan daging dan bumbu sambal kemiri ke dalam wajan, bubuhi garam dan gula, aduk hingga bumbu meresap</p>
<p><strong>Tips </strong>:</p>
<p>Begitu daging dimasak bersama bumbu. api yang digunakan harus kecil. Dengan begitu bumbu dapat meresap ke dalam daging.<br />
Untuk 4 porsi.</p>
